Boulder Retreat

Runners of all levels got together in for 4 days in Boulder to live and train alongside Olympians and world-class experts.

Our group easy and long runs took us to some renowned running routes like Doudy Draw and the famous Magnolia Road.

A wide range of paces and distances gave everyone a chance to enjoy the amazing scenery.

Track Workout

The work on the track is only a part of the track workout.

Team Boss pros Kate Grace and Katie Rainsberger led us through a workout from start to finish. Warmup drills, easy jogging, repeats, and cool down. Then coach Jake led a down-regulation exercise dedicated to helping our bodies start the recovery process.

Lydia led a great Nutrition Mythbusting session and Asher’s biomechanics assessment is always a retreat favorite. Matt Meyer took us into the gym to teach us how to lift heavy. After that, Jake’s goal-setting exercise rooted in psychodynamic and transformative learning theories pushed each of us to push ourselves.
