Runners of all levels got together in for 4 days in Boulder to live and train alongside Olympians and world-class experts.

Scenic runs in some of Boulder’s most beautiful locations.

Our group easy and long runs took us to some renowned running routes like Doudy Draw, Bobolink Trail, and the famous Magnolia Road.

A wide range of paces and distances gave everyone a chance to enjoy the amazing scenery.

Track Workout

The work on the track is only a part of the track workout.

Experts and elites like Jason Fitzgerald, Kate Grace, Addie Bracy, Peter Bromka, and Matt Fitzgerald led us in a dynamic warmup + jog, cutdown intervals in various pace groups, and post-workout strength and core building. We also built in some time for reflection and processing so that we can take our learning forward beyond the retreat.

Lydia led a great Nutrition Mythbusting session and Jason and Bromka took the group through strength work and recovery. On our last day, Jake adapted a goal-setting exercise rooted in psychodynamic theory and transformative learning to each person’s individual goal setting.
