Group Runs and Austin Racing

Intervals on the grass at Zilker Park, easy runs on the Lady Bird Trail, and some fun racing and cheering in the Austin Marathon’s events.

A wide range of paces and distances gave everyone a chance to participate fully.

Experts and elites like Matt Fitzgerald, Dr. Asher Henry PR, Lydia Nader RD, Dr. Jake Tuber, and the rest of the team led the group in fun, interactive workshops designed to challenge our own status quo and help us deliver the results we crave.

Food & Fun

Austin has some incredible cuisine (BBQ and tacos, anyone?) we had to sample… plus our dietitian Lydia made sure everyone was fueling fantastically – especially before racing and long runs!

With the backdrop of the Winter Olympics always on TV, there was no shortage of fun stuff to do. Recovery and relaxing is always more fun with friends. And yes, the arcade games worked.
